Eggies

The other day my mom and I tried out Eggies.  They are supposed to let you make eggs without the shells.  They didn't turn out as they were supposed to like the box said.  They are about 10 dollars.  I don't think I would buy something that doesn't work whatsoever for ten dollars.  Basically you screwed together the top and bottom parts, then dumped in an egg, then put on the top, then boiled them.  My mom says there were way too many pieces to wash--24--so she will give these back to her friend and make eggs the gadget-free way.

Amico's Pizza 4032 Cedar Springs Rd, Dallas, Texas

It was pretty good.  Their dessert (caramel cheesecake) was delicious.  The pizza lasted really long because it was cut into little strips and my dad only let me have one piece at a time, so it lasted pretty long.  I give it 4.5 stars.  Apparently it must have been brand new or the guy who ran it must have been around for a really long time because the picture on the window looked exactly like him carrying a pizza and wearing a chef's hat.

Boomarang Diner 305 W Gentry Ave Checotah, OK 74426

Boomerang's has really good food.  They even have biscuits and gravy with sausage for lunch.  That was my favorite part.  The biscuits are really light and fluffy, and the gravy tastes delicious with the sausage in it.  I give it five stars.

Krispy Kreme 150 Tanger Blvd.

They have these red velvet cake doughnuts that taste like cake and frosting and sprinkles.  And then they have really really good snowman doughnuts.  And raspberry filled doughnuts.  The cool part was there's this lady named Mrs. Claus and she hands out free samples of doughnuts.  And they have this window where you can watch it where the doughnuts get made.  And some doughnuts don't even make it to get glazed--that is really sad to think about.  At the end they spit them off--lots of them--I think it is a really bad waste.  I give it 4.75 stars.

Godfather's Pizza from a gas station in Oklahoma

I thought this pizza had some  chunks.  I have pepperoni and bacon cheeseburger slices.  If you like pizza as much as I do, I would not suggest going here.  I only give it three stars.

Furr's 300 East I-20 Highway Arlington, TX 76018

At least once a year for my mom or dad's birthday, we go to Furr's.  It is a really good place where you can eat all you want.  And they come and refill your soda--ha ha ha.  I like to make my own tacos and eat pizza and buns.  For dessert, there is frozen yougrt and a whole buffet of desserts.  I give it 5 stars.

DoubleDave's Pizzaworks 5005 S. Cooper St. #171

Double Dave's is all about pizza.  They have pepperoni pizza, dessert pizza, sausage pizza, veggie pizza, and lots of others.  They also have a little mini arcade.  Sometimes if you looks really good, you can even find a dollar.  They have this really cool soda machine with a screen and you scroll it around.  When my mom and dad let me do it, I could probably spend all day doing it if they let me.  My favorite pizza there are the dessert one with chocolate and the one with creamy filling and sausage pizza.  If you like pizza, you should go here.  I give this 4 stars.

Grand Country Buffet 1945 West 76 Country Blvd Branson, MO 65616

This weekend I went to Grand Country Inn.  At the buffet there was lots of different food.  For breakfast they had yummy cinnamon rolls.  For lunch they had fruit, and that is all I know because I wasn't very hungry.  For dinner, they had macaroni and lots of meats.  So if you are a carnivore you might want to go there during dinner time.  I liked this restaurant.  I give it 4.5 stars.
